Backend cloud services & android mobile applications to handle scans for two different couriers.
Our Role
For this project we acted as technology & design consultant, along with providing the lead on the technical architecture of the backend API and mobile development
API/Backend development
We helped design, develop and mointor the backend processors and APIs which would handle incoming scans and data.
This API would process and route the scans or data to the relevent external courier system
Mobile Development
The main facade for this project was a suite of Android applications which the drivers and warehouse staff would use to scan various types of packages.
Developer Coaching
We coached one onsite developer and four third-party developers with the following:
- Clean code
- Agile principles
- Git collaboration strategies
- Mobile & Web Development
